第八屆「見習行政人員」計畫正式啟動
亨達集團以人為本，一向重視人才培訓，自2004年首次開辦「見習行政人員」計畫後，今年已經來到第八屆。計畫為大學畢業生提供工作機會，亦提供各類不同的培訓，為金融業界培育人才。
新一屆的見習生已於7月30日正式加入亨達大家庭。集團安排了一連三日的營新介紹，由各部門主管講解部門的運作，讓他們進一步瞭解集團的運作，同時幾位見習生亦把握機會發問問題。
